Factory Introduction:
1. Mold Workshop
In house tooling design and fabrication, normally one day one mold produced. We have vertical machining center, planar machining center as well as tens of high-precision equipments such as WEDM-LS cutting machines and EDM machines.
2. Die Casting Workshop
We have a total of 20 high-precision YIZUMI die-casting machines, 60 Germany Vinohans Machines, and hundreds of CNC lathes and 30 porous drilling machines. Material feeding, discharging, cleaning and conveying are all automatically finished by mechanical arms.There are 8 production lines to meet your mass production requirements with more than 800000 pieces per week..
3. Auto Spray Workshop
We have independently researched and developed six spraying systems with characteristics of environmental protection, full-automation and full-enclosure and technique patent. It adopts electrostatic spraying and owns dust exhaust system.The surface thickness can be accurated to 0.07mm.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: Generally, it will take 15 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
