Mold Workshop
In house tooling design and fabrication, normally one day one mold produced. we have vertical machining center, planar machining center as well as tens of high-precision equipments such as WEDM-LS cutting machines and EDM machines.

Die Casting Workshop
We have a total of 20 high-precision YIZUMI die-casting machines, 60 Germany Vinohans Machines, and hundreds of CNC lathes and 30 porous drilling machines. Material feeding, discharging, cleaning and conveying are all automatically finished by mechanical arms. There are 4 lines can meet your mass production requirements.

Auto Spray Workshop
We have independently researched and developed six spraying systems with characteristics of environmental protection, full-automation and full-enclosure and have technique patent.It adopts electrostatic spraying and owns dust exhaust system. The surface thickness can be accurate to 0.07mm.

Package and Delivery Details:
1. Inner packing: poly bag or air bubble bag or carton or blister tray;
2. Outer packing: carton or pallet;
3. According to customer's requests;
4. Delivery details: 15-35 days according to order quantity;
5. Delivery method: by sea or by air or as you request.
